We were very pleased with Bill’s from the moment we first walked in the door. We were greeted by the front desk receptionist, and immediately welcomed by Sally, who was most helpful and knowledgeable. Our refrigerator choice was on sale, in stock, and delivered via proficient and friendly young men the next day. We’re very happy with our purchase and will definitely return to Bill’s when we need more appliances. And of course, we’ll share our good experience with others. Very impressed! We recently bought all new Thermador appliances from Bill Smith Electronics and Appliances. Our sales person, Chuck Smith, was outstanding. So very helpful and knowledgeable. Very quick to return phone calls and emails. Happy to give a well deserved 5 stars for the service we experienced here.

I have purchased products from The Bonita Springs store and I was so impressed with their knowledge, kindness, and respect for their customers. Unfortunately, I went to a different Bill Smith store because I wasn’t able to get up to Bonita Springs that particular day.. I purchased a microwave. After it was delivered and installed, it definitely was not working correctly. The store said I had to have a service person come to fix it. I had just purchased what I thought was a new microwave - with insurance! I wanted to have a new one because I paid for a new one. But it was not acceptable to him. I called the Bill Smith store in Bonita Springs and talked to a wonderful salesman whose name is David, And after explaining the situation to him, he advised me that he would try and help me. I received a call from him the following day and David told me it was taken care of and I was going to receive a call from the Naples Bill Smith store and I would be getting a new microwave. He took it upon himself to help me and he wasn’t even my salesman and the store wasn’t even the store I bought it from. It iwas about the best Customer Service I have ever experienced! This was a lesson to me that if I am going to do business with Bill Smith because of the wonderful way that David treated me, I will definitely go to the Bill Smith store in Bonita Springs and no other one!

Bill Smith Appliance really came through for us. Our washing machine died on us at a really bad time. We needed a replacement ASAP. We stopped in and David Watson showed us just the right model at a great price and we had it delivered and installed within 36 hours! We’ll be back. We highly recommend them! Tom and Julie King.

Lost built in microwave last winter and then built in GE oven a few weeks ago after bad storm. The models and colors are 10 years old and not available. Lilian Beltran searched for my best replacement and Travis the installer came to measure openings. Both were very helpful and competent and took time to listen and explain.highly recommended! I can’t wait to have them arrive and get installed

After visiting a few other appliance stores in Naples, we tried Bill Smith’s in Bonita. By far the best! Sales rep David Watson was knowledgeable, not pushy, and provided solutions. Ultimately he figured out what was best for our situation. It was delivered today and I can confirm it was the right call. Highly recommended!

Store, salesperson Gunnar, delivery and set up for refrigerator and oven was great. Microwave operational panel is annoying in that it is wavy and highly reflective, but maybe it’s the result of LG design.

We had a great experience buying. Sally in the Bonita store is a real pro who knows her stuff and can discuss all the reasons for and against each model. My fridge had died, within 20 minutes we had a couple good options with all my questions answered. She was able to get us an emergency delivery next day. I strongly recommend this store and Sally. Our experience could not have gone better and the delivery folks were terrific too! Highly recommend Bill Smith Appliance and Sally.

We had amazing experience purchasing our dishwasher from your company. Sally is a fantastic sales person. We did not even have to go to the store. She was quick, very knowledgeable and helpful. And to make the experience even better, Danny installed the dishwasher! What a great guy! Can’t say enough good things about both of them! We are definitely loyal customers, and your employees are the main reason!

I visited both the Fort Myers and Bonita Springs stores. First off I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone working there was as welcoming and helpful as you can ask for. I visited several stores looking for a new refrigerator since ours quit working. This was my last stop. The had a great selection and the best prices. I ended up making my purchase here. My wife and I both agreed that we would be going here for any appliance purchases going forward. We both had a great experience. Thank you for all of your help guys. You were great!
